Boalmari is a well-known upazila in Faridpur district. All kinds of educated, semi-educated, uneducated people live here. The language here is Bengali but in the rural areas it is customary to speak the regional language. The culture of Boalmari Upazila is similar to other regions of Bangladesh. Here people have different entertainment arrangements. For example, football and cricket are seen as a popular sport.
